The Azure Opportunity for Managed Service Providers

While many companies have been migrating to Office 365 over the past few years—and many BitTitan partners have been helping them do it—Microsoft’s cloud platform Azure has been gaining momentum of its own. In fact, more than 1,000 new customers are now signing up for Azure every day.

You’ve likely heard how the cloud phenomenon is transforming the enterprise—not to mention small- and mid-sized businesses. As that transformation unfolds, so too does the opportunity for our Partners to help them. The Azure platform is shaping up to be the next wave of the cloud opportunity.

SQL 2005 end of support

In April 2016 tens of millions of SQL 2005 databases will no longer be supported by Microsoft, affecting tens of thousands of SMB customers. Unstructured data storage

Azure Blob Storage and Azure Files are a cost-effective and easy way to store large volumes of unstructured data including Microsoft Office files, video and audio files and database back-ups. SMBs can save thousands by migrating unstructured data to Azure from on-premises file shares and other cloud storage repositories like Amazon Web Services. Azure also offers market-leading mobile access to stored data and tighter integration to other Microsoft platforms your customers already use.
